Junior Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager (Onshore Wind Energy Company)
Place of work: Chwaszyno
Contract of employment - salary range 8k - 10k PLN gross
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the generation and delivery of reports and other project documentation
• Reporting on the progress of work in the office or on site, analyzing deviations and differences
• Monitor work progress, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are on budget and on schedule with relevant industry standards
• Protect SPIE Wind high standards within business ethics, health, safety and the environment
• Managing process and individual projects tasks in cooperation with the Project Manager
• Construction site visits at quarterly intervals
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SOFT SKILLS
• Very good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals
• Ability to work with and communicate with diverse work teams
• Basis experience/knowledge in the field of investment project management (internship, assistant role) - nice to have
• Project Management methodology and solutions knowledge - nice to have - nice to have
• Very good in English and Polish (must have)
• Valid driving license (must have) and willingness to work in field
• Ability to take initiative, responsibility and the right balance between creativity and quality in all solutions
• Passionate about renewable energy and delivering value to customers
