We are specialists in recruiting for the major technical sectors, including information technology, engineering and production, heating and ventilation engineering, the off-shore industry, the energy sector, and textiles. Our services are mainly focused on filling challenging positions in advanced technologies, where there is a large skills shortage.

Standard recruitment at KDR is one that:

• consists of four parts:

1. General interview (15-20min.) - discussing formal issues + English language verification
2. Technical interview with Client (30-45min.) - getting to know your experience and discussing your future role 
3. Task / Test (optional) - it depends on the previous stages
4. Feedback / Offer (if Client decides to hire you)
